The Scholarship Desk

For families navigating senior year

Every scholarship your kid qualifies for — in one place.

A scholarship tracker for high school families. Match against thousands of awards, manage essays and deadlines, never miss a cycle. Built like a newspaper, runs like a dashboard.

Free for 1 student. No credit card.

How it works

Three steps. Then it works for you.

I

Profile your student

GPA, scores, intended majors, location, identity, activities. The matcher uses every signal to find scholarships that fit — including the niche ones aggregators miss.

II

Match the catalog

A two-layer matcher scores every scholarship for each student. A deterministic rule walker filters eligibility; Claude refines the score, estimates effort, and explains the fit.

III

Track applications

Status, essay drafts, requirements checklist, deadlines, recommender list, outcomes. The dashboard tells you what's due this week. The activity feed remembers what changed.

Common questions

What parents ask first.

Where do the scholarships come from?
We crawl a curated list of community foundations, employers, professional associations, identity-based foundations, civic groups, universities, and state agencies — about 100 organizations total. We deliberately avoid aggregator sites like Fastweb and Scholarships.com so you see the long-tail awards aggregators skip.
Do you sell my data?
No. We don't sell, share, or rent your data to anyone. Your student's profile, essay drafts, and tracking history stay private to your account.
Why does the AI matching cost money to run?
Each matcher run calls Claude (Anthropic) to refine scores and explain the fit. We pay per token. The free plan gets one re-score per day; the Family plan gets unlimited because we're sharing cost across a $7.99/month subscription.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. One click on the billing page. You'll keep access through the end of your billing period.
What if the matcher misses a scholarship I know about?
Click "+ Add scholarship" on the Matches page. You fill in the details, pick which of your students it's relevant to, and it appears alongside the matched ones with full tracking.
Is my student's essay safe?
Drafts are stored in your account only and never used to train any AI model. Anthropic's enterprise data policy applies to any text we send for matching, which excludes the essay drafts themselves.

Senior year only happens once.

Spend the time on essays — not on tracking deadlines in a spreadsheet.
